Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Every Giclee that is not a limited edition can be purchased in custom sizes, both smaller and larger than the sizes shown on site.
Please contact our studio customercare@marklawrencegallery.com to determine if the desired size can be created, and obtain a price quote.
Typically different sizes can be accommodated as long as the dimensions of the artwork stay proportionate to the original size of the artwork.
Sorry, Mark does not accept commission work at this time.
Framing canvas artwork is a matter of personal preference. Many collectors choose a simple gallery wrap to display Mark's canvas art.
The term gallery wrap refers to canvas wrapped around thick stretcher bars and secured to the back rather than the sides of those bars. This mounting leaves the sides of the canvas smooth, neat and free of visible staples or tacks

An open edition refers to an edition of prints or artworks with no set limit on the number of copies that will be produced. This makes the artwork more accessible and affordable to a wider audience. Unlike limited editions, open editions may be reprinted indefinitely, depending on demand.
MarkLawrenceArt.com is a great source for Mark's open edition artwork.
Our limited edition giclees represent a fixed number of archival quality art prints that are signed and numbered by the artist for a predetermined print size or dimension.
Once the set number of limited edition prints have all been sold no more will be available as limited edition prints in that size.
Every limited edition artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity from the gallery, ensuring its value and provenance. Two types of limited edition art are available:
Signed & Numbered limited editions are exclusive, signed, and numbered by artist Mark Lawrence. These signed, and numbered prints are labeled as (SN) on the product page.
Embellished, Signed & Numbered editions are ultra hand-embellished by artist Mark Lawrence with texture brushstrokes ensuring every canvas is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. These hand-embellished, signed, and numbered prints are labeled as (ESN) on the product page.
Open edition prints are produced in unlimited quantities and lack the exclusive features of limited editions. A wide selection of Mark’s open edition prints and home décor items is available at MarkLawrenceArt.com, with all products fulfilled by Fine Art America.
Limited edition artworks are available exclusively on this site. Once sold out, they will no longer be available. For open editions, you can visit MarkLawrenceArt.com
All items are created after the order has been placed.
Signed and Numbered (SN) canvas orders typically ship within two to three weeks.
Embellished, Signed and Numbered (ESN) canvas orders typically ship within four to six weeks.
Custom orders and commissions will likely take longer.
We will advise you ASAP if supply chain issues are impacting the timelines outlined above.

US orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Shipping with Delivery Confirmation unless requested otherwise.
Prices for shipping are found on the Site. For shipments entirely within the United States, shipping charges are calculated based on major carrier rates e.g. FedEX Ground, and include a small handling fee.
If several items of Artwork are ordered, we will use reasonable efforts to ship items together, but this cannot be guaranteed for a number of reasons, e.g., shipments may be ready for shipment on different dates; or due to the fragile nature or size of an item it may need to be packed and shipped separately.
If you have any questions regarding shipping charges, or if you have any special shipping requests, please contact the gallery via email customercare@marklawrencegallery.com.
If an artwork is damaged during shipment and the shipment shows any sign of damage when delivered by the carrier- refuse the package and have the driver document any/all damage to the package.

If you can't find your favorite verse, send us a note and we'll add it to Mark's list for future art!
Be sure and include your Email so we can let you know when your favorite verse is posted.
Mark writes the name of each painting and the bible verse address (Book, chapter and verse number) on the back of each canvas.
He'd be happy to also write the entire verse on the back of the canvas if you'd like! Just add a note during check out.
Some collectors purchase a name placard to display the artwork name and verse beneath the canvas on the wall.
Some churches have also purchased vinyl lettering of the verse to display under the artwork
All measurements are in inches. The link below should help with any measurement conversions
The copyright and all reproduction rights are retained by the artist.
The copyright is not transferred to the buyer, nor are buyer's authorized to produce or sell copies of the artwork.
The archival gel medium that Mark uses to embellish his artwork is very similar to artist's acrylic paint except that is clear and contains no pigment.
The textured embellishment coating is as durable as a normal acrylic painting.
All artwork orders are hand created after we receive your order. For this reason, we do not accept artwork returns after shipment due to dissatisfaction with the artwork colors or canvas dimensions.
Computer monitors tend to display colors differently. If you have any questions about colors in any of the art available on this site, it is your responsibility to decide before purchasing. You can contact the studio via email customercare@marklawrencegallery.com with any questions and we will do our very best to assist you.
The dimensions (in inches) of all artwork displayed for sale are stated in each item's product description. All artwork is shipped rolled and is not stretched. All Collector's Edition canvases have a minimum additional two inch white wide margin on all sides for framing / stretching.
To prevent any possible mis-perceptions about how a particular painting or print will fit on your wall, please measure the wall area before purchasing. We have found that painter’s masking tape is a great way to mark the artwork’s dimensions onto your wall so you can make sure that the size works for you.
Please remember that returns are not accepted once you’ve received your art because of the dimensions. It is your responsibility to measure your space before purchasing.
All artwork orders placed through MarkLawrenceGallery.com are hand created after we receive your order. For this reason, with the exceptions of works damaged during shipment or if there is an error in the store listing, all sales are final.
Any art damaged or lost during shipment will be replaced at no cost to you.
Sorry, exchanges are not available.
